Protecting your peace is EVERYTHING. At the end of the day, all that matters is that we feel at peace with ourselves and our life’s choices. Make it a point to practice mindfulness at some point each day. Maybe it’s the early morning with reading a Bible verse or journaling. Maybe it’s a brisk walk outside during your lunch break.
