Protecting my inner peace…

Protecting your peace is EVERYTHING. At the end of the day, all that matters is that we feel at peace with ourselves and our life’s choices. Make it a point to practice mindfulness at some point each day. Maybe it’s the early morning with reading a Bible verse or journaling.  Maybe it’s a brisk walk outside during your lunch break. Maybe it’s reading a few chapters of your favorite book right before bed. Whatever it is, make it all about you. You deserve it!
