Allow yourself time to build your strength back!

Sometimes it’s so hard to put on a happy face and step out into the world after you’ve been hurt. It’s like you’ve got a whirlwind of emotion bottled up inside of you just waiting to explode.

Find an outlet for that pain. Maybe a friend, a family member, or a coach or counselor. It has to go somewhere or you will bleed on people who didn’t cut you. Allow yourself time to build your strength back and to forgive yourself with what you didn’t know. Protect your peace from now on.
